With Lightning Coaching™, you hone down your concerns to one bite-sized piece that can be addressed in a single hour with a laser-like focus. We work together intensively for about one hour on that specific issue, and emerge with an action plan. No further sessions are necessary and there is never any long term commitment.

The primary goal of Lightning Coaching™ is to have you in action either during, or immediately following the session, working towards your desired outcome and free of whatever was holding you back, personally or professionally, up until now.

• Plan to spend about 40-60 minutes on your laser-focused session
• You are committing to only 1 session at a time
